Digital images and video clips

The digital images and digital video clips on the Teaching Digital Photography disc are property of Keith Kyker and copyrighted as such.  All digital and print rights are retained by Keith Kyker.

Purchasers of the book Teaching Digital Photography: The Ultimate Guide to ‘Tween and Teen Learning are authorized to use the images and video clips as part of their instruction of digital media skills.  To that end, the digital images and video clips may be transferred onto student computers and uploaded onto a local school file server for download by students at the school site.  The digital images and video clips may not be uploaded onto the Internet for access beyond the school building site.

Teachers may use the images and video clips for faculty and conference presentations about digital media, providing that credit is given to Keith Kyker for providing these images, and that participants are informed about the availability of Teaching Digital Photography: The Ultimate Guide to ‘Tween and Teen Learning.

Work generated using these images and video clips may not be sold or distributed.

The user understands that the digital images are designed for improvement practice.  Keith Kyker does not claim that these are outstanding images.  Rather, they are images that can be improved by using digital imaging software.

Project plans, grading rubrics and other forms

All files on this disc in Microsoft Word format or Adobe Acrobat format are copyright Keith Kyker.  These files are designed to give teachers easy access to the materials, and allow teachers to customize assignments to meet their instructional needs.

Adjusted project plans remain under the same copyright coverage.  For example, a project plan cannot be changed and republished.
